Pair with any white meat dishes, a substantial seafood meal or explore Asian cuisine ably supported by the lime and mango on the nose and the palate of pineapple, mango and ginger. A dollop of Viognier gives this Chardonnay some muscle. Delicious.

Pale coral in colour with argyle pink hues, there are aromas of fresh quince, raspberry and white chocolate, grapefruit blossom and sea spray. A savoury yet moreish palate, full of Alpine strawberries, preserved lemons and grapefruit pith. Enjoy with chargrilled squid and salsa verde.

Pale straw colour with gentle hints of green. Veuve du Vernay Brut has lovely fine bubbles and consistant sparkle throughout. Fresh and delicate on the nose with aromas of lemon, melon and citrus. A most elegant wine, beautifully balanced and can be enjoyed in every occasion.
