Byrrh Grand Quinquina is made to the original late-19th century recipe that earned worldwide fame and inspired fifty years of evocative poster art. Byrrh combines a generous, port-like wine and mistelle base with a firm backbone of natural quinine to produce a fruity, refreshing aperitif by itself, with tonic and a twist, or paired with blue cheese. In cocktails, Byrrh mixes well with vodka, gin, cognac, tequila, Irish whiskey, and grapefruit. Delicious in a Negroni as your sweet vermouth.

The PF Grenache is made from grapes grown on our certified biodynamic single-estate vineyard, grown without herbicides, fungicides or synthetic chemicals. It is made without additions of any kind: sulphur (preservative), acid, tannin or finings. It is medium bodied, fresh, fruit driven wine that is delicious enjoyed as a young wine.

Free run juice with minimal pressings vinified, with malolactic fermentation in stainless steel and only 25ppm liquid sulphur dioxide added through the process. Raised in 2500L French vats for six months, racked and sent to bottle without filtration.The wine shows fresh-fruit aromas of bright red berries and watermelon, with a touch of rose petal and musk leading on to a plush and juicy palate. It's youthful, medium-bodied and lively, with a long, succulent finish bolstered by sandy tannins and a hint of dark spice.
