Founded in 1815, Dolin is among the few remaining independent producers of Vermouth in the world and the last producing Vermouth de Chambery, still made according to the principles which earned Chambery, France's only A.O. It was here that the first Blanc clear, sweet vermouth was created, long before other vermouth producers of Italy and France.

The belnd of rich blackcurrant, bramble and gentle pepper make this a very distinctive wine. Vanilla from the oak is subtle and the tannins are softer than most other cabernets. Silky and satisfying.

A fine copper-colored Pinot Noir Rosé, with a ripe dense aroma of red berries and cherry. A powerful, full-bodied wineAround 1250, the Cistercians began cultivating Pinot Noir in the Affental. Affentals unique name derives from a pilgrimage chapel, which stood near the grapevines. In support of the pilgrims Ave Maria the valley was known as Ave Tal (Ave Valley) in the local vernacular, from which todays Affental (Valley of the monkeys) evolved. The origin of the Affental Wine Cooperative dates back to the year 1908. At the time, 24 winegrowers founded the Natural Winegrowing Association of Affental. From this, todays Affental Viticultural Cooperative was created over the years with approximately 240 hectares of vineyards.
