A blend of 85% Glera and 15% Pinot Noir, the Pinot Noir component is fermented separately as a dry red wine, then blended with the Glera prior to secondary fermentation. Soft red fruit (ripe raspberry and cherry), with flavours of strawberry sorbet, watermelon, and floral notes of roses, with a hint of sweetness balanced by a soft foamy mouthfeel and refreshing acidity.
