Machine harvested at night , crushed and de-stemmed, pressed to French oak (25% new and the balance in staves) for 12 months. This is classic cooler climate Shiraz with beautiful perfumes on the nose and lovely fleshy fruit flavours on the palate, the tannins are soft and generous combining to give the wine a well structured finish.

KarriBindi's Shiraz grapes are from mature vines growing on a north facing slope of karri loam and gravel soils. The wine was carefully aged in a mixture of new and old French barrels to enhance the fruit flavours but not overpower them. The deep red colour precedes aromas of cedar, all spice, black pepper, and mocha. The palate is focussed with fine grained velvety tannins, showcasing succulent plum, cherry and blackberry flavours.

Sourced from 100% Frankland River fruit, Flametree's Shiraz is a varietal of distinctiveness and a sense of place. A lovely nose of berry fruit leading to fruit driven palate of rich cherry, spice and liquorice tones with soft velvety tannins. A wonderful example of elegant, perfumed Shiraz.

Crafted by Blind Corner. It has a deep ruby colour with hints of purple. Aromas of dark cherry and plums are met with subtle notes of pepper, cinnamon and cloves. The palate is full-bodied and juicy with a pleasant balance between sweet and savoury. The tannins are smooth and gentle, with a long, lingering finish.

The great red wines of the northern Rhone in France are made up of two grape varieties one red variety being Syrah, what we refer to as Shiraz in Australia and one white variety namely Viognier.Intense aromas of red fruits, cherries, cranberries, with liquorice coated raspberry confectionary sweetness. Layers of spice, cashew nuts and tabacco dance together with the subtle apricot lift.A lovely soft and round wine. A generous mid pallet of the red fruits and spice dominate the mouthfeel. Bunkers Guillotines Shiraz is a visual wonder to behold, with its vibrant reddish purple hue and faint highlights on the edges.
