We are very proud to have a Chromy exclusive, as Tasmania’s highly celebrated wines almost never leave the state! This fresh and elegant white exclusive takes its name from the source of its premium fruit – the Marchington Vineyard, planted on the Marchington estate, by a man called John Smith, the alleged illegitimate son of a King of England, shipped to Tasmania in the 1800s. This Sparkling rose by Jansz is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot noir and Pinot meunier. Intense aromas of Turkish Delights, rosewater and strawberries fill the nose, while the mouth comes alive with luscious layers of Pinot truffles and the creaminess of bright rose and strawberry fruits.

Tasmania is producing world-class sparklings and this is one of the very best examples. Subtle complex and elegant it shows fine intense fruit with classic toasty creamy yeast character.

This Georg Jensen Hallmark Cuvýe is a 'designer' sparkling wine created as a collaboration between the renowned Danish design house, Georg Jensen, and cool climate Heemskerk wines in Tasmania. It's presented with an elegantly crafted closure that can be used as a bottle stopper. The sparkling itself is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, sourced from premium vineyards to produce a wine of elegance and persistence. The palate, containing notes of lemon pith and roast cashew nuts, shows restraint with a beautiful chalky mouthfeel and a backbone of taut acidity and elegant minerality.

F.G.R. Stands for Forty Grams Residual. Made in an homage to the Germanic Kabinett style, it is loaded with forward fruit, and plenty of luscious residual sugar, but enough fine acid carries the palate to a crisp dry finish.

Straw/light gold with fine, persistent bead; floral and honeycomb notes with long, minerally finish. One of Australia's best sparklers for quality and value.

The überblanc Riesling is attributed to a über 2001 vintage, winemaker Nick Glaetzer experienced in the Pflaz region of Germany, learning first hand some of the award winning techniques used by their winemakers. Tasmanian grapes sourced for the wine display the core elements, highly regarded by the Pflaz winemakers for or elegantly structured and balanced Riesling. Delicate lime zest and floral aromas fill the glass. Further citrus flavours develop on the fresh mineral structure, enhanced by the juicy fruit flavours.
