Our Master Distiller, Robert Fleming has carefully selected the very best casks of Tomintoul to create this beautifully balanced and complex single malt. Tomintoul 25 Years Old has been matured in the finest bourbon barrels, the end result is a bold, rich and fruity whisky with a long finish. An exceptional single malt, which was awarded Best Scotch Whisky at The Global Spirits Masters 2020. Nose: Bold and rich with aromas of treacle toffees, oat biscuits and sultana highlighted with hints of muscovado sugar and toasted oak. Palate: Sweet and complex with layers of salted caramel, rolling tobacco, caramelised nuts and maple syrup bound with oaky spices and stone fruit highlights. Finish: Warming and long with notes of coffee cake, crème caramel and burnt sugar.

The beautiful region of Piedmont in northern Italy is home to this delicate and rare fruit. Our variety of wild plum, commonly known as the Ramassin plum, can be found only in this terroir famous for its exquisite wines and truffles. Each olive-sized fruit has a purple-reddish color and a fine, rich flavor. In Saluzzo, west of Barolo, our farmer cultivates these precious plums on less than one hectare of land. They are left to ripen to perfection on the tree until they fall into nets set up below to catch them. Collected, sorted and cleaned by hand each day, they provide the outstanding quality required for a fine fruit brandy. The 100% natural mash is twice distilled in our copper pot stills according to old Tyrolean tradition. The precious fruit brandy is then left to mature in open glass balloons for a minimum of eight years. Over time the weight and strength of the alcohol lessens, enabling the palate to benefit from exquisite wild plum aromas with a fine balance of fruit and pit.

Wachau is one of best fruit-growing regions in Austria. Located on the banks of the Danube, it offers ideal soil and climate conditions for cultivating apricots. Instead of picking the apricots from the tree, our farmers wait patiently until they are fully ripe and fall to the ground. That is when these yellowish-orange fruits with a red cheek are juicy all the way to the pit and bursting with the typical full-bodied flavors needed for first-class apricot brandy. Sorted and cleaned by hand, the apricots are turned into mash immediately at harvest. Only then are they transported to our distillery. Once it has been distilled, the young brandy is left to mature and develop its smooth and mild, yet strong and full, taste with a profusion of ripe apricot flavors. A Rochelt classic for 25 years!

The original jewel of the Tesseron collection of Cognacs; a unique blend of legendary Grande Champagne Cognacs, including many of the finest of their oldest and rarest stocks distilled in 1920s, with 5% of the blend from 1905, and lovingly aged for three generations. Remarkably pure and refined with floral, spices and green chartreuse hints. The palate is impeccably fine and balanced with a souring finish, seemingly free of spirit.

Craigellachie 23 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a masterpiece in old fashioned whisky making. On addition to the 13 and 17-year-old expressions, this 23 Year Old has added spice, ripe fresh cooked and dried fruits with a touch of light peat smoke on the nose. The palate is filled with flavours of melted white chocolate,baked pineapple followed by spicy oak towards the finishing. It is complex, deep and well structured. An elegant Scotch Whisky that could be enjoyed neat, on the rocks or with a dash of water.
