Rivetto Langhe Nebbiolo

An extremely pleasing and drinkable wine, and although it has a high alcohol grade this never overpowers its fruity character. Its red colour has Bordeaux reflections and the slow trickle from the edge of the glass confirms its optimal concentration and good body. The palate is caressed by a smooth tannin content typical of the Nebbiolo grape and by a warm and enveloping flavour.

Porta Rossa Barbaresco DOCG

Porta Rossa Barolo DOCG

Segni Di Langa Nebbiolo d’Alba DOC

Nebbiolo d'Alba comes from a vineyard located in Roddi, a short distance from Verduno, at an altitude of 270 m. Old vineyard, facing south-southeast, with different biopypes, including the rose'. The grapes are harvested only when they are sensorially ready ; the vinification does not follow rules but is interpreted from year to year adapting to the grape. The refinement, given the reduced volumes, takes place in barrels of 500 liters and bottling the summer following the harvest. Soils of Langa, rich in limestone make it a very aromatic and structured wine.

Sorelle De Nicola Feyles Nebbiolo Langhe DOC

Balanced and tasty with good tannins, with a delicate acid note. Initially floral, it develops notes of leather and licorice. The wine then stays for about 18 months in Slavonian oak barrels of medium capacity (30-50hl), after the natural clarification. It stays at least another 24 months in bottle, in order to overcome the “bottle shock”. The wine is neither filtered nor stabilized.

Antica Cascina Conti Di Roero Roero Riserva Vigna Sant'Anna DOCG

(100%NEBBIOLO) Vigna Sant’Anna is our greatest vineyard: one hectare of Nebbiolo planted in the Sixties by our grandfather, Giovanni Porello. This is where our Roero Vigna Sant’ Anna was born. We have kept it exactly the way it was: steep, with narrow spaces between the rows. Everything is done exclusively by hand, we even cut the grass by hand, and we have chosen to tend the vineyard and make the wines the way grandpa Giovanni did. We are on a hill 350 metres above sea level, in sandy lime soil, typical of the Roero district, exposed due south. The grape yields are very low. We manage to harvest about 6.0 tonnes, which correspond to about 4000 bottles. If we had to compare this wine to music, it would be jazz. Ruby red with garnet highlights that evolve with age; intense, ethereal scent of ripe fruit with notes of rose and blackberry, enriched with vanilla, cocoa and spices; elegant, genteel, fruity and mineral, with crisp tannins that predict excellent longevity.

Manfredi Patrizi Barbaresco DOCG

The 2019 Manfredi Patrizi Barbaresco DOCG is a true expression of the Piedmont region in Italy. This vintage showcases the skill and expertise of Manfredi himself, who has crafted a truly exceptional wine. On the nose, aromas of ripe red fruits such as cherry and raspberry intermingle with earthy notes of tobacco and leather. The colour is a deep ruby red, hinting at the intensity and complexity of the wine. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied with a velvety texture, boasting flavours of dark cherry, plum, and a touch of spice. The tannins are well-integrated, providing a long and elegant finish. This Barbaresco is a testament to Manfredi’s dedication to producing high-quality wines that represent the best of Piedmont. Enjoy now or cellar for further development.

Roberto Sarotto Lautus Langhe Rosso DOC

From the marriage of the Queen and King of the Langhe, Barbera and Nebbiolo, comes Lautus, a wine of extreme finesse and nobility, destined for a long life. Lautus, from the Latin “elegant, distinguished,” embodies the best characteristics of the two grape varieties that make it up: the intense ruby and softness of Barbera are complemented by the austere and tannic trait of Nebbiolo, to give it structure and longevity. Lautus is the expression of two opposite characters that meet and complement each other in a relationship of perfect balance.

Torres Salmos

Made by the Torres family and coming exclusively from their vineyards located in the municipalities of Porrera and Lloar. Salmos is a Priorat wine, a blend between Carignan, Grenache & Syrah, that manages to achieve an unparalleled balance between power and elegance. Dark ruby red. Rich, ripe wine with floral (confected rose) and fruit (dark cherries, prunes) aromas. Beautifully framed by French oak. Elegant, subtle midpalate, very finely structured tannins and a slight touch of toast (cocoa).

Mr Riggs Shiraz

Made by Rockstar winemaker Ben Riggs, the McLaren Vale Shiraz is as true an expression as one could hope for. The fifth release of the wine is based around a core of pristine fruit with dark red berries, hints of spice, earth, tar and leather and with seamlessly integrated oak. Ripe tannins are apparent but not overwhelming, meaning this is a wine which can be enjoyed now or in the next 10-15 years.
