Sourced from two characterful sites near Woodside, HSV and Bluestone - situated in the central Adelaide Hills, a commune quietly establishing itself as a natural home for Gamay's bright energy and expressive charm. An elegant and evocative expression, this wine opens with a lifted perfume of red berry compote, wild strawberry, redcurrant, and tart cranberry, all finely laced with whispers of dried sage and crushed herbs. The aromatic profile is delicate yet insistent, drawing you in with its quiet complexity. On the palate, there's a beautiful interplay of light and shade: fine-grained tannins offer gentle structure, while an inherent fleshiness lends mid-palate succulence without ever tipping into excess. This full-bodied Malbec has a bouquet of black ripe fruits, blackcurrant, juniper, blueberry, pepper and cassis complemented with hints of toasted almond and cigar box from French oak. Geoff Weaver Sauvignon Blanc from the Adelaide Hills is quite possible the region's best example of this aromatic variety. The bouquet shows lifted varietal characters of green pea and passionfruit and the palate is textured and long.

The grapes for our 2016 Showy Willow Sauvignon Blanc come from a small vineyard at the top of Willunga Hill in the Adelaide Hills. The fruit was hand pick and progressively transported to our winemaker in McLaren for crushing and fermentation. Aromas This is a pale yellow-green wine presenting intensely tropical aromas with passionfruit and pineapple leading to a rich full palate.

Displaying complex aromas of strawberries and cream with hints of forest floor. The palate is seamless and elegant. Red fruits with enticing gamey characters swirl within layers of mushroom and notes of fresh herbs. The French oak adds ample but delicate tannins delivering a generous delightful length.
