Rudi Bauer is part of the reason Central Otago is on the Pinot Wine Map so prominently. His Pinot's show great depth of colour with aromas of forest floor, earth and mouth filling flavours of berry and cherry fruits.

The Seresin Leah is a wonderful example of hand-crafted Marlborough Pinot Noir which is sourced from 3 of Seresin's premium vineyard sites; the clay rich hillside Raupo Creek vineyard, the alluvial shingles of the Tatou vineyard and the Home vineyard, which is made up of a variety of Waimakariri type soils of alluvial origin. The wine itself shows a nose of savoury, spicy and earthy aromas with plum, berry and herbal notes. Following is a palate that is both focused and plush with a feminine feel of red fruits, namely strawberry and ripe cherry.

This “grower” Australian sparkling wine is a Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier blend, made following the principles of our Method ClassicTM. The wine exhibits classic Pinot Noir characters with subtle strawberry notes, and expressive Chardonnay fruit on the middle palate. It is tempered by a fine bead, with a beautiful complexity and length from the Réserve wines. A classic example of Australian sparkling wine, made in the traditional method.

Rockburn Pinot Noir is a ripe, fleshy pinot noir with black cherry, blackcurrant and toasty oak flavours. Good concentration and a silken texture with powerful sweet fruit flavours driving a lengthy finish.

Central Otago is regarded as the best for NZ Pinot Noir. Ripe bouquet of satsumas, plum & meat. Firm soft tannins.

Victoria's first vineyard is a landmark in the Yarra Valley and an icon of the Australian wine industry. Loads of lovely Pinot character on the nose with ripe cherry gamey notes and hints of "forest floor". Silky in texture the lingering flavour is enhanced by a touch of oak.
