Premium producer on Victoria's Mornington Peninsula, Ten Minutes by Tractor, are in the enviable position of having three outstanding 'home' blocks in which to choose and blend fruit from to create Pinot Noir's of elegance and purity. Judd, McCutcheon and Wallis are all utilised to reflect the cool-climate of Main Ridge, one of the coolest parts of the region. At play in the wine are flavours that bounce between sweet fruit and savouriness along with a length of flavour befitting a wine of such pedigree.

Musk Creek Pinot Noir is evolving slowly to open up to its full potential. Some spearmint, raspberry and spice aroma; palate is moderate weight, silky and fine natural acid.

Production: 2015 Vintage - 100 Cases Oak maturation: New & 2 Yr old French oak hogshead casks for 15 months. Handpicked and gently crushed just after dusk on a cool night. Matured in new & used French oak barrels for 15 months. A Cabernet with dense ripe red and blue lifted fruits and rich cassis and tobacco notes. Some spice mixed with earthy tones. The wine is full bodied and fruit forward with pleasing black fruit surrounding a leafy core. The tannins are fine and focused. Good cleansing acidity with an elegant but savoury finish

Grown not too far from our own vineyard, this bright cherry red medium bodied wine displays a slight perfumed spiciness with hints of white pepper. Carefully balanced with 25% new French oak, wonderful fruit characteristics and gentle tannins, this is a wine that will reward patientcellaring.

Nine Lives Stone Wall Shiraz 2021 is deep purple in hue with aromas of dark fruits, plum, blackberry, and hints of cinnamon and nutmeg spice. The palate leads with generous flavours of blackberry and satsuma plum, alongside spice, toasty oak and graphite. The palate is framed by fine silky tannins and persistent fruit length.

This Gamay is a vibrant, expressive wine that strikes an exceptional balance between savoury nuance and bright fruit character. From the first sip, it takes you on a journey, opening with tart red fruits, sour cherry and rhubarb, then transitioning thorugh a mid palate of fresh acidity, subtle herbaceous notes, and a savoury thread, indicative fo a cool vintage. The finish reveals a smoky, toasting depth with whispers of cured meats and charcuterie, adding intrigue and complexity. With its light to mid palate weight and a gentle touch of French oak, this Gamay is both refined and effortlessly drinkable, versatile, food-friendly and full of personality.

A striking expression of cool climate Lenswood elegance, an aromatic dance of sour cherry, stewed rhubarb, and forest floor that captures the essence of the highest section of our vineyard. Crafted with precision, this wine weaves together classic Pinot Noir charm. Whole bunch fermentation brings lifted spice and fine tanning, while 30% new French oak frames the palate wih subtle toast and structure. Earthy notes of truffle and mushroom unfold gracefully over vibrant acidity, delivering both prettiness and power in equal measure. From its fruit sauced core to its lingering savoury finish, this wine speaks of altitude, craftsmanship, and the soul of the Adelaide Hills.

This is a classic cool-climate medium bodied Australian Shiraz made from our best close planted Shiraz block with approx 4,444 vines per hectare compared to the usual Australian 1,850 vine per hectare all with of focus on high quality low yielding vines allowing the fruit characters to come to the fore. Hand-picked, small batch fermentation and maturation in French oak barrels for approx. 20 months has produced a wine with spice and ripe fruit, white pepper, cloves, cedar, orange peel, blackberry and a combination of strongly savoury and sweeter berried flavours developing into an extremelly interesting wine.

A refined expression of cool climate Shiraz, sourced from a slightly warmer pocket of the Adelaide Hills to deliver both vibrancy and depth. Bursting with dark red and black fruits. Think juicy plum, blackberry and ripe cherry. The palate is plush and fruit forward before giving way to a beautifully spiced mid palate reminiscent of Christmas cake and clove with a hint of black pepper. Around 30% new French oak brings subtle toast and warmth to the finish, adding layers of complexity without overpowering the wine's silky structure. Elegant, balanced and undeniably moreish. This is a polished Adelaide Hills Shiraz with both poise and personality.
