A light malt base serves as the perfect backdrop for Yullis Norman Australian Ale. There's plenty of hoppy flavour and floral aromas to enjoy here, with hints of apple and pear on the palate,finished with a touch of bitterness.

Fashioned on a firm, fruity foundation of Crystal malt, this rich, ruby-coloured Kent classic belies its burly appearance with a complexity of flavour. Mouth-filling fruit, prunes, plums and dried apricot spiked with palate-prickling pepper, cinnamon and a soft bitter blood-orange finish.

First brewed in 1998 to celebrate Shepherd Neame's tercentenary, this copper-bronze, bottle conditioned beauty is an intense yet uniquely intricate offering thrice-hopped during the brewing process. This adds rich resinous notes and spikes of citrus to a moreish strong ale already rife with notes of liquorice, Masala wine, caramel and spicy orange. A frisson of dark fruit freshens the finish.

Coldstream Gold Ale both Munich & Crystal malts for sweet bready flavour. Add Galaxy & Citra hops to the whirpool, and finally dry hopped with Galaxy & Enigma to give a floral finish. This style of beer bridges the gap between lagers and ales.

A fresh new look deserves a refreshing new member to the family. Introducing Refreshing Ale; a light, well-balanced, easy-drinking and highly sessionable Ale just in time for Summer. Premium Australian Malt and Hops combine to produce a delicately balanced cool fermented Ale, with crisp passionfruit notes and a subtle biscuit malt finish. This Ale delivers total refreshment and a superior clean flavour.

Leffe Blonde is a Belgian Abbey Ale, golden in colour. It has a delicate aroma of smoked bacon which combines beautifully with the more obvious aromas of caramel and toffee which are derived from the special ''Aromatic'' malts used. These malts go through a special kilning process which dries and cures the malt at high temperatures resulting in high soluble sugar levels giving Leffe its distinctive colour, aroma and flavour.

In the nose, hints of mocha and caramel and a yeasty herbalness (cloves, pepper) are rounded off with a slightly sour taste. You can taste biscuit, caramel and pear, beautifully balanced with a slightly roast bitterness and a touch of cloves. In the finish, the pearls flow away and culminate in a rounded dry taste.

This is the latest addition to the Achouffe Brewery... The aroma of Cherry CHOUFFE gives pride of place to cherries. It also reveals notes of strawberry, almond, spices and sweet Port. Round-bodied, soft and delicate, Cherry CHOUFFE delights the gourmands among us. It has a satisfying finish, with a very slight bitterness.

Pours milky-chocolate with a dense tan foam. Herbs, caramel, toffee and cholocate on the nose preceed a palate that packs a malty punch thats perfectly balanced given the 9.2% abv.
