Crafted by chief winemaker Ed Carr, House of Arras Grand Vintage 2nd Disgorgement 2009 showcases the exceptional longevity of Tasmanian sparkling wine. Sourced from cool climate Tasmanian vineyards, this blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir underwent primary fermentation with partial French oak maturation. This second disgorgement spent over a decade ageing on lees prior to disgorgement.
