Mild Ale is brewed with a selection of barley and wheat malt, and with no added sugar. This traditional brewing approach provides the smooth malt character which is balanced by a triple hopping with Pride of Ringwood and Saaz hops. The brew is fermented similarly to its stablemates Pale and Sparkling Ale, with the customary secondary fermentation in the bottle.

Our easy-drinking modern Australian Lager features stone fruit and citrus aromas, with a dash of late hopping adding subtle tropical notes. A slow fermentation using traditional lager yeast creates delicate floral notes on the palate. Finally an authentic Australian Lager that pairs well with a barbie on a sunny day.

Coopers Brew Enhancer No. 1 contains dextrose and maltodextrin. The dextrose will ferment out completely with no residual cidery flavours whilst the maltodextrin does not ferment thus improving the body, mouthfeel and head retention. Recommended for use with lighter style beers such as Lager, Draught and Pilsener.

Carbonation Drops are a convenient, no mess, no fuss alternative to priming sugar. The dosage required is 1 drop per 345 - 375mL bottle or 2 drops per 740 - 750mL bottle.

Coopers Light Dry Malt is produced wholly from Coopers Malt Extract. When using this product, you can be confident that you are adding 100% pale malt to your brew. Dark brown colour with a persistent head resembling espresso creamer, a blend of coffee, chocolate and grain aromas, exceptional mouth feel and dark malt characteristics, the combination of malt tannins and hop bitterness results in a dry finish. Can be consumed young or cellared for a number of years with excellent results.
