Coopers Real Ale is bright golden colour with a strong head. Pleasant blend of fruit and malt on the nose with generous mouthfeel and a moderately bitter finish. A good example of a Coopers' Traditional Ale.

Coopers Brew Enhancer No. 1 contains dextrose and maltodextrin. The dextrose will ferment out completely with no residual cidery flavours whilst the maltodextrin does not ferment thus improving the body, mouthfeel and head retention. Recommended for use with lighter style beers such as Lager, Draught and Pilsener.

Coopers Mexican Cerveza emulates the style of the finest quality beers exported from Mexico. This premium beer is light in style with a fresh clean taste, ideally served ice-cold with a wedge of lime or lemon. For the best results, we recommend the use of 1kg Coopers Brew Enhancer 2 with the Mexican Cerveza.

Coopers Brewing Sugar contains dextrose and maltodextrin. The dextrose will ferment out completely. The maltodextrin is not fermentable and remains in the brew adding to the body and head retention whilst not imparting any sweetness or flavours. A simple improvement to all your brews.

Carbonation Drops are a convenient, no mess, no fuss alternative to priming sugar. The dosage required is 1 drop per 345 - 375mL bottle or 2 drops per 740 - 750mL bottle.

Coopers Light Dry Malt is produced wholly from Coopers Malt Extract. When using this product, you can be confident that you are adding 100% pale malt to your brew. Coopers English Bitter is a brown copper colour with red hues and a creamy head. It displays a pleasing floral aroma with a blend of toasty/sweet malt flavours finishing with a firm bitter finish. It may be served slightly less chilled, if desired.

Dark brown colour with a persistent head resembling espresso creamer, a blend of coffee, chocolate and grain aromas, exceptional mouth feel and dark malt characteristics, the combination of malt tannins and hop bitterness results in a dry finish. Can be consumed young or cellared for a number of years with excellent results.
