A renowned Rutherglen sparkling blend, this rich, brooding and fruit driven wine is a wonderful addition to any celebratory occasion. Vibrant red and purple hues framed by soft persistent bubbles. La Bohème Act Four, a blend of Syrah (Shiraz) and Gamay from De Bortoli. This delicious wine has a soft, textured palate consisting of red and black fruits, spice, bitter chocolate and perky acidity. Well intergraded oak with a lengthy finish.

The friends in this French Alsace style blend are 'aromatic varieties', probably riesling and gewurztraminer. The colour is pale, the bouquet is sweetly fragrant and floral. A dab of sweetness, full, rich and satisfying.

Since the first vintage in 1982, De Bortoli Noble One has become an Australian icon and one of the world's most awarded dessert wines. De Bortoli Noble One Botrytis Semillon was created by Darren De Bortoli at the family winery in Bilbul in New South Wales, Australia. Careful and constant monitoring of the vineyards determines the best time to harvest the fruit for Noble One, when both the Botrytis flavour and sweetness levels are in unison. Each vineyard is treated individually with 85% being matured in a combination of new and older French oak barriques. We then take the very best parcels and weave them together, fuzing a harmonious blend of Noble One.

Semi translucent bright red to dark red colour with a light luminous red hue. Pronounced freshly crushed cherry and strawberry aromas mix with some inky earth and spicy herb notes. Juicy cherry and strawberry fruits are interwoven with subtle inky earth and dried herb elements. Soft fleshy mouth feel with velvety tannins. Finishes fresh with a savoury red fruited aftertaste.
