Lusatia Park at Woori Yallock in the upper Yarra Valley is considered one of Australia's top style Single Vineyards. The Estate Vineyard wines are elegant, handcrafted wines that reflect the unique characters of the De Bortoli Yarra Valley Estate in Dixons Creek. Gently fragrant with classic perfumed Pinot Gris characters of pear and orange blossom. Textural flavours, soft acidity, stone fruits classic 'Gris' style.

The Estate Vineyard consists of a series of small plots of mature Chardonnay. Citrus florals, mineral, complex, white flowers and stone fruit. Purity of flavour, lovely shape, dry, savoury and delicious.

The fruit for the Single Vineyard A7 Chardonnay are hand harvested and are handled by gravity where possible. Pale with a green edge. Gentle restrained nose, minerally, citrus and floral notes. Fine and textural, a touch savoury and nutty, soft acidity and quite relaxed in nature.

The De Bortoli Rutherglen Estate is situated in the north-east corner of Victoria, one of the most progressive and diverse viticultural regions in Australia. A renowned Rutherglen sparkling blend, this rich, brooding and fruit driven wine is a wonderful addition to any celebratory occasion. Vibrant red and purple hues framed by soft persistent bubbles. Youthful and fresh with an inviting mixed berry and chocolate aromas, and flavours with a creamy mouthfeel and plush finish. The wine has a balanced residual sweetness with supporting tannin that adds complexity and length.
