At Grant Burge Wines we challenge ourselves to do things differently, to come up with the most opulent and impactful wines possible. Our Peppery Ink Shiraz is a twist on our classic Barossa Shiraz. A full bodied wine with dark fruit notes and velvety fine tannin layered with peppery flavour for extra kick. Bold and generous, with flavour depth and colour as dark as ink complimented by punchy pepper. Peppery Ink.

Grant Burge reds are always distinctively Barossa and this one is no exception. Vibrant colour earthy nose with blackberries and a touch of pepper and a richly flavoured palate with robust tannins.

At Grant Burge wines, we challenged ourselves to come up with the most vibrant and impactful wines possible. The result was Ink.Juicy fruit palate with juicy black fruits. The palate is moderately weighted and balanced with fruit sweetness with a perfectly matched soft structure that finishes clean and fresh.

Our Pinot Chardonnay is made from a majority of fruit grown in the elevated cool climate regions of the Adelaide Hills, Eden Valley and Alpine Valley. The grapes produced here have delicate, yet quite intense flavours, as well as the natural acidity and lean, elegant flavours that are required to make high-quality sparkling wine in the tradition of champagne.

Tinged with copper hues, the wine deals out a delightful biscuitlike nose combined with ripe strawberry and peach characters. The palate is rich and generous with a real vitality thats heightened by the creamy mouth-feel. This is a sparkling that adapts to its environment, and as such is just as enjoyable with food as it is on its own.

Made from a blend of Grenache, Mataro and Shiraz which have been matured under the Solero system using oak quarter casks. Grant Burge Aged Tawny is complex and nutty with a rich lengthy finish.

The Holy Trinity has aged into a beautifully soft and spicy classic that every Barossa lover will recognize. Its vibrant plum and raspberry flavors have mellowed into a smooth, "sweet spice" richness, with lovely hints of cocoa and white chocolate coming forward. The texture is now pure silk on the palate, making it an incredibly elegant and easy-drinking red that feels light enough to enjoy anytime but deep enough to truly savor.

Mainstay of the big Barossa red wine, Grant Burge produces a South Australian Shiraz with a slightly different angle. A luscious, yet delicately sweet fruited Shiraz with trademark flavours of red currant, ripe cherry and strawberry notes. In balance tannins and acid give a quite mellow mouthfeel that is perfectly suited a wide array of cuisine.

The Classic Collection Merlot by Grant Burge is an attractive modern style Merlot that is jam-packed full of all the fruit flavours Merlot lovers have come to adore; Plum, Blueberry and Blackcurrant. Along with that dense fruitiness comes a medium weight in the palate that isn't overladen with sweetness which lends itself magnificently to food pairing with a lean pork and chickpea salads.

Grant Burge Barossa Ink Shiraz is full bodied and opulent with jammy dark fruits. This wine is an inky purple colour with a blackberry nose. The palate is opulent and full of jammy dark fruits complimented by good balance and fine tannins.
