The 2010 Corryton Park is a wine of amazing depth and complexity. The wine showcases classic Cabernet Sauvignon with fragrant aromas of blackcurrant, tobacco, mint, blackberry and cedar.

Plum, blackberries and chocolate aromas complement a palate filled with red berry fruit, warm spice and sweet vanilla flavours influenced by high quality French oak. Fine tannins give structure completing a mouth-filling textural wine that drinks brilliantly as a young wine but will continue to develop with careful cellaring for the next 10 years.
