The persistent bead drives the long and elegant palate which is creamy yet crisp, with rich flavours of honey-almond nougat and citrus tarts, complemented by a slate-like minerality and the zesty zing of acidity akin to a freshly picked lemon.

Blushing savoury pink in hue, this wine reflects the Prosecco style with rich red fruit on both the nose and palate, accented by dusky florals and sweet spicy notes.

Generous bouquet of white florals, lychee and rosewater. A generous palate with bright acidity and a pithy texture comes with flavours of nashi pear and rosewater with some pretty confected notes. Layers of blackberry, coffee bean and dark chocolate. This is a big, bold wine, however has a lovely drive of acidity that provides elegance and will support the wine as it ages long into the future. It has all the hallmarks of a classic, rich Barossa Shiraz, with undeniable vibrancy and freshness. An outstanding wine from an outstanding vintage.

Grant Burge Barossa Ink Shiraz is full bodied and opulent with jammy dark fruits. This wine is an inky purple colour with a blackberry nose. The palate is opulent and full of jammy dark fruits complimented by good balance and fine tannins.

The wine pours well with impressive mousse, followed by a fine bead with moderate persistence. Deep straw colour base wine. The nose is showing some developed character with aroma of yeast lees, cashew and biscuit with honeycomb end note. Creamy textured palate, with flavours of strawberry, yeast lees and biscuit. Bright pale straw colour followed by very fine and very persistent bead. Excellent nose with distinct yeast autolysis and a hint of grapefruit and citrus. Full bodied creamy palate, excellent finesse followed by persistent biscuit, yeast flavours and crisp acid finish. Great everyday drinking.

Grant Burge, while normally known for full bodied reds, produce an exceptional sparkling here with an attractive nose of strawberry, stone fruit and biscuity notes leads to a richly flavoured, generous palate with a creamy mouth feel and beautifully crisp finish.

This fine mature tawny is made from the Barossa’s traditional tawny varieties, Grenache, Mataro and Shiraz, and has been blended to an average age of a 10-year-old wine. This exhibits a sweet and mellow palate with developed fruit and oak tannin characters.This tawny wine is assessed and re-blended into a solera-based system, enabling us to consistently release wines of such high quality. Only a strictly limited quantity of 10-year-old tawny is drawn from the solera for bottling each year, and the barrels are topped up with selected younger wine.
