Grove Estate

Grove Estate Al Dente Rose Nebbiolo

Crafted from a field blend of Nebbiolo, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Muscadelle, our 2022 Estate Grown Rosé embraces the traditional Italian method of co-fermentation, where the grapes are harvested and fermented together for a more integrated expression. The result is a beautifully dry and refreshing rosé, brimming with fresh fruit aromas, delicate strawberry notes, and a crisp, lively finish—a true pleasure to drink.

Grove Estate Bin Fizzin

100% Estate Grown Viognier and Semillon to make up this lovelly bubbly.

Grove Estate Fiano

Don’t miss this rare chance to secure a magnificent wine from a top producer that’s in seriously short supply. Made by an acclaimed winemaker at the top of their game, this is a slice of wine history you don’t want to miss. Add it to your collection while you can!

Grove Estate Viognier

Our Viognier is a true expression of craftsmanship, hand-harvested from our vineyard near Wombat. This particular style was picked slightly earlier than the fruit we typically co-ferment with Shiraz, preserving its bright, zesty freshness. The palate offers a beautifully layered experience, sitting somewhere between the richness of Chardonnay and the crisp vibrancy of Semillon.

Grove Estate Semillon Sauvignon Blanc

The 2022 Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is a standout expression of Hilltops Semillon, enhanced by a touch of Sauvignon Blanc to elevate its aroma and create a beautifully rounded palate. This vintage yielded exceptionally low tonnages, resulting in intensely concentrated flavours and outstanding quality. The wine is a vibrant, light-bodied dry white with a comparatively low alcohol content, showcasing Semillon’s distinctive lemongrass-like character and a refreshing, crisp acidity. Enjoy its lively freshness now or cellar for up to five years to further appreciate the essence of Grove Estate’s terroir.

Grove Estate Chardonnay

The 2022 Chardonnay is a true reflection of the cool Hilltops vintage, where lower temperatures have delivered vibrant acidity and exceptional balance. This natural acidity enhances the wine’s fruit sweetness, creating a beautifully complete and harmonious palate. Aged in new French puncheons, it carries subtle oak tannins and delicate oak-derived flavours that add depth and elegance. While delightful to enjoy now, this Chardonnay also has the structure to age gracefully for many years to come.

Grove Estate Hilltops Nebbiolo

Pale ruby in the glass, with a pleasant red cherry and wild rose aroma. A savoury wine with fresh strawberry and lychee flavours. The palate shows a lovely high acidity giving it great potential to cellar for many years. An incredibly clean wine and a pure representation of Hilltops Nebbiolo from the pioneers of this variety in the region.

Grove Estate Sommita Nebbiolo

The 2016 Nebbiolo is a lovely ripe true to style Hilltops Nebbiolo. These vines are meticulously looked after throughout the growing season. It is interesting to consider when the winemaking begins for such a great wine - Is it when the grapes reach Bryan at the winery or perhaps when "Windows" prunes the vines in Winter, or is it when the vines were planted by Mark, John, and Michael and there families. Or did this wine have its beginning when the soil was taking formation, obviously all the above and much more was involved in the final wine, so please enjoy, respect and linger over all that goes into each bottle as we have.

Grove Estate Hilltops Primitivo

The 2017 Primitivo is from our original plantings of Primitivo planted in 1996. These vines were taken from cuttings at Cape Mentelle. The vines now resemble a bush vine and with lots of hand thinning and trimming we are able to nurture this difficult variety into this lovely wine.

Sommita Nebbiolo

The 2018 Nebbiolo was handpicked on the 28th March. This is realativly early for this variety. The fruit was the transfered to ther Cloankilla Winery were Bryan Martin natuarlly ferments the berries virtually undamaged for 4 weeks. The ferment begins within the berry and continues very slowly over time. The wine is then transferred into Oak Puncheons where it awaits bottling.
