Vermentino is a delightfully complex yet refreshing wine hailing from Sardinia. Aromas of honeydew melon and lemon excite the senses developing into exotic stone fruit and tangerine flavours that are complimented by bright acid for a minerally finish.

Bouquet: Elevated aromas of coffee bean and mocha, complemented by subtle notes of creamy chocolate. Palate: Rich and indulgent, showcasing flavours reminiscent of Kopiko candy, coffee, and chocolate, seamlessly intertwined with notes of raisins and vanilla derived from the Tawny wine base. McWilliam's Flagship 1877 Hilltops Shiraz poses a medium-bodied shiraz with bright acidity and fine slatey tannins. Rich in perfumed fruits and features a meatiness on the palate. Ideally suited for cellaring.

McWilliam's On The Grapevine Pinot Grigio is fruit driven, with fresh ripe pear and a splash of green apple and honeysuckle blossom on the nose. It is medium to fuller bodied on the palate with some grippy texture and refreshing vibrating acidity. A beautifully balanced and expression of the grape, making it an easy choice for food matching.

This Tawny shows how good Australians are at making affordable fortified wine. With dried fruit flavours and dusty all-spice, its an after dinner treat.

The McWilliam's 660 Hilltops Cabernet Sauvignon has a distinctly varietal nose of vibrant blackberry, bay leaf and dark chocolate fruits, coupled with sophisticated graphite oak. Classically structured, full bodied Cabernet, with silky cassis and dark chocolate fruit, finishing with fine grained varietal dry tannins.
