The wine has a light straw colour with hints of green, typical of young crispy riesling. Complex aromas with notes of preserved lime, dried rose petals, and pear. There is also a hint of Cox's orange crunch. The palate is clean and refreshing, with a vibrant acidity and a citrus fruit. The wine has a long finish, with flavors that linger on the palate.

Vibrant, deep purple/black with a dense purple rim. A potently perfumed, layered wine that showcases the essence and class of Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon. Cassis, black olive and dried herb with tobacco leaf, redcurrant and floral notes. An underlying nuance of cedar and lightly roasted spices from maturation in well-seasoned French oak hogsheads (300L). The palate is seamless and fine with tremendous length and intensity of flavour. It has a lovely savoury tannin grip that Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon is renowned for.

A pure and elegant nose of black and blueberries, complemented by classic cool climate spice, and subtle savoury elements. The smooth palate is medium-weight and the supple ripe fruit flavours are balanced with fine tannin. A long and harmonious finish is kept fresh by natural acidity, resulting in a wine that can be enjoyed young or cellared with confidence.

The dense purple red colour highlights the aroma of dark cherry, blackberry and cedar oak. The palate is full of intense dark fruits, with supporting mocha oak, sweet spices and hints of black pepper. The velvety tannins support the fruit and focus the length of flavours to produce a seamless wine with the potential to age for 10 or more years

The nose of this wine is filled with delicate aromas of green apple, citrus peel and a hint of strawberries and cream. The lees contact has enhanced the wine with richer characters of baked brioche and toasted hazelnuts. The palate is bright and vibrant with elements of granny smith apple and grapefruit as well as slightly richer notes of almond meal. The mousse has a beautifully creamy mouthfeel and the bead is fine. A balanced wine with Eden Valley elegance.

Deep ruby in colour with an opaque core. The nose shows classic Cabernet aromas of blackcurrant, plum, and bay leaf, with hints of cedar and dark chocolate. The palate is full-bodied and finely structured, delivering ripe cassis and spice flavours framed by firm tannins and a long, elegant finish.

Pale straw in colour with lifted aromas of citrus and spice, this Chardonnay offers bright lemon and peach flavours, with a delicious toasted cashew character and a crisp and lingering finish.

The 2025 Howard Vineyard Sparkling Blanc de Blancs is bright and fresh on the nose with aromas of lemon and stone fruit. Vibrant lemon rind, stone fruit and key lime flavours dominate. The Chardonnay offers great length and fresh acidity. Finishing dry with a hint of creaminess.

Mid crimson purple with a crimson garnet glow. Intense red and purple berries with a leafy lift reminiscent of French pastille lollies. Raspberries, blueberries, and boysenberry compote adding an even deeper layer of fruit. Soft, full, and round entry with more berries and a subtle toasty oak background over juicy tannins and supple acidity. Fresh bright and very approachable.

Fairly sustained golden colour, the nose opens on fruity notes (cherry plum, red fruit). Full-bodied mouth, balanced by its freshness, sharp, fruity flavours (raspberry).
