Deep and bright with a youthful purple hue. The nose shows lifted raspberry, violet flower, blueberry, dark chocolate and a hint of cherry oak. The palate is abundant with pretty, bright and fresh blue fruits, a rich middle palate with ripe plum and dark cherries. A supple tannin structure throughout gives an excellent backbone to this food-friendly style of Barossa Shiraz, rounded out with a long juicy finish, beckoning for another glass!

French (naturellement), and hand selected Chardonnay grapes for their classic sparkling style and the perfect balance of citrus acidity and white nectarine flavours. Then we added some fizz and undertones of brioche via some bottle conditioning (fermentation in the bottle). And because we picked the fruit early to accentuate the freshness and vibrancy of its flavours, we finessed the edges with a dash of residual sugar to create that perfect harmony between sweetness and acidity.

Distinctive and intriguing, the nose captivates with its varietal rustic charm. Fresh beetroot juice, fragrant lemon thyme, blood plum and floral flecks fill the glass, evolving and opening further with time. A rich core of dark savoury fruit provides depth and intensity. The core of blood plum and purple fig is complexed with earthy warm spice and subtle savoury oak. The tannins build and grow, providing a robust frame and depth to the palate. A wine that will uncoil with time to show more complexity and character to those who are patient enough to wait.

Floral and refined, it reveals aromas of rose and acacia flowers. After allowing the wine to breathe, citrus fruits (orange-mandarin), cinnamon, some notes of dried flowers, toasted coffee and a hint of toast suggest appealing maturity.The opening on the palate is fresh and creamy, well balanced with pleasant floral and honey aftertastes. The finish is gentle and elegant.

Rich Black currant with hints of cherry, pomegranate and rhubarb fruits add length and a full palate. Hints of herbaceous notes add freshness to the spicy, dark inky characters in the wine.

Black/purple in colour, we have cassis and chocolate, warm earth and tobacco leaves, dry herbs and cloves. There is good early complexity, a creamy texture, impressive length and silky tannins. The balance is immaculate. Oak, but it is melding so well that it merely adds to the impression of a big, bold, wonderful red.

pale ruby color with a slight garnet hue. The nose reveals red cherry, raspberry, subtle herbs, and delicate floral notes. On the palate, it is light to medium-bodied, with soft tannins, bright red fruit, gentle spice, and a smooth, refreshing finish.

Bursts with aromas of rose petal, lychee, mandarin peel and lime zest, layered with subtle white florals and crushed stone. The palate is softly textured and vibrant, showing ripe stone and tropical fruits balanced by bright citrus and a fine mineral thread. A touch of sweetness is lifted by crisp acidity, leading to a clean, lingering finish of florals, citrus zest and delicate spice — a fragrant, finely balanced white that shines with freshness and energy.
