A selected blend of cool-climate Chardonnay from our premium vineyard sites. Naturally fermented in barrel, matured on lees for 9 months and displaying classic Yarra Valley line, length and complexity.

A selected blend of cool-climate Pinot Noir from our premium vineyard sites. Whole berry bunch fermented and matures in French oak casks for 9 months, displaying classic yarra Valley fragrance, texture and elegance.

A selected blend of cool-climate Sauvignon Blanc from our premium vineyard sites. Naturally fermented in both barrels and tank, matured on lees and displaying classic Yarra Valley fragrance, line and length.

The vineyard series range of wines by David Bicknell at Oakridge matches particular varieties of wines with specific sites, showcasing outstanding examples of single vineyard wines. This wine was sourced from the north-facing Hyde Park vineyard sited in the grey alluvial loams of Coldstream. Vintage 2021 was a long, cool growing season with average cropping levels and ample rainfall has resulted in wines with outstanding varietal definition and purity. A vintage defined by cool, wet conditions, low crops and harvesting late into autumn. The resulting wines have great depth of flavour and vibrant, balanced acidities.
