Medium intensity ruby-red core with a bright crimson hue. Aromas of lifted red cherry and delicious varietal notes of turkish delight and ripe dried fig gained from the Tempranillo. The palate is medium bodied with a bright textural mid-palate possessing a firm grip, reminiscent of the varietal’s spanish roots. The finish is vibrant and bright-fruited with a length of lightly toasted cedar oak notes and savoury dried fruits. Ideal with spicy, rich food. Delightful with a chorizo and prawn paella and saucy tomato seafood dishes. Served lightly chilled in the warmer Spring and Summer months.

Over his 50-year career, Peter Lehmann has inspired countless people by sharing his talent, wit and passion for winemaking. It is these characteristics we honour with "Mentor". For this wine, they blended Barossa Cabernet with Shiraz and a dash of Malbec to create a wine with layers of texture and flavour. By drawing fruit from a number of Barossa sub-regionseach with their own unique terroirthe Mentor captures the immense regional definition of a great Barossa red. Having worked closely with the growers over the years, they share Peter's belief in growing wine, not just grapes, and work with the winemaking team to keep yields low and produce a complex wine, with rich and firm dark fruit flavour.

Classic Borossa Chardonnay. Rich flavours of stonefruit and melon with lifted citrus aromas. Secondary ferment and maturation in French oak hogsheads adds subtle complexity and full mouthfeel.

Later harvested Barossa fruit allows the ripe honeydew melon and white peach flavours to shine, complemented by delightful honeysuckle and lime aromas. Our winemakers believe that truly great wines are made in the vineyard. They work closely with local grape growers to capture the individual essence of each site, to create excellent wines that express a sense of place. This wine is extremely fragrant, revealing aromas of fresh raspberries, maraschino cherries and peppery spices. The palate is medium bodied with flavours of juicy berries and soft tannins with exotic subtleties of pomogranate and rose.
