This classic Riesling has crisp and racy finish with a slight touch of sweetness to balance the natural acidity.

The Third Generation series is a modern style Chardonnay, Robert Stein Winery has crafted with the exceptional fruits from Mudgee to create this great expression of the vineyard and regional characteristics in a bottle. With the aromas of grapefruit, peach and citrus, fermentation was 80% in stainless steel tank with high lees contact. The remainder time in older oak undergoing partial Malolactic Fermentation with wild yeast, which adds diversity and complexity to the finish.

Not many people know how to pronounce Gewurztraminer, but we love to make and drink it. Our small block of traminer provided us with great fruit this year and the wine displays typical characteristics of Lychee and Turkish Delight. Very refreshing, with a lashing of sweetness and crisp acidity, this wine is great with any spicy food.

A touch more residual sugar than normal in this vintage, to ensure it stays within the half-dry category. Once again showing those great lemon/lime citrus characters, with a nice pop of fruit which is balanced out nicely by the crisp, clean acidity. This Single Vineyard Half Dry Riesling was handpicked in the early morning from the bottom half of our Riesling block and whole bunch pressed. Fermentation was cool and slow, with the ferment being stopped at 15 grams residual sugar. The wine was left in tank on lees for a further 4 months, stirring occasionally for further palate texture. Robert Stein Winery has also been consecutively awarded a James Halliday 5 star winery in The Wine Companion since 2010.

This Shiraz from Robert Stein displays savoury fruit and nut characters, with spice and chocolate flavours in the mouth. A multi vineyard blend from 35 year old vines, this Shiraz is great for drinking now or cellar for 8-10 years.

This Merlot displays forest fruit and plum characters, dark chocolate flavours in the mouth, with a supple medium weight tannin finish. Being fruit off the older Robert Stein vineyard block that was planted back in 1989 has helped add complexity to this early drinking style.
