A true cool climate Sauvignon Blanc, this wine features well-integrated natural acidity and fresh varietal flavours of pea pod and herbal characteristics with intriguing complexity. The wine’s stunning acidity lifts the freshness of flavours and supports a long, flinty crisp finish.

On the nose this Fumé has passionfruit and gooseberries with crisp citrus. The palate is filled with tropical fruit, herbaceous citrus acidity with a smoky tannic finish.

A textural palate with apricots, mandarin, nectarines and honey blend with a soft acidity cutting through the sweetness to balance the rich flavours to perfection.
