Dark pure perfumed primary fruits of raspberry and spice with mineral and whole bunch undertones intertwined. Defined pure linear red berry fruits and complexing graphite minerality on the palate, culminating in chalky tannins and fresh acidity; delightful and moreish

St Hugo Signature Collection Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 is medium crimson in colour with garnet hues. A floral violet and spice lift, with a delicate balance of dried herbs, raspberry, and blackcurrant fruit notes entwined with supportive integrated elevating oak on the nose. The palate is classical and varietal at its core. Varietally tannins that build complimented by a bright blackcurrant floral fruit spectrum, enhanced with subtle refined oak.

Deep crimson in colour with aromas of blackcurrant, dark cherry, and graphite, layered with hints of cedar and tobacco. The palate is powerful yet refined, showing concentrated black fruit, fine-grained tannins, and balanced acidity. Long, elegant finish with notes of dark chocolate and subtle spice, promising excellent cellaring potential.

Complex and alluring with an aromatic lift of white peach, nougat, white flowers and oatmeal. The palate delivers a core of just-ripe white stone fruit, a lick of vanilla and creamy, nutty oak.
