Dry red wine with a deep ruby red color. It exhibits refined grape aromas, honey and a mixture of caramelized wild berries. Its harmonious flavor is a result of the balance between acids, extracts and alcohol content, full bodied, rounded with velvety tannin and a long finish. Pairs exquisitely with lamb, pork or chicken at 16-18C.
Tikves Tga Za Jug
The pride of Macedonia, originating from the Tikves wine region. A delightful semi-dry red wine made from the indigenous grape variety Vranec. The wine has an intense red colour. It has a distinctive taste of raisins and raspberries. The wine has ripe tannins, giving it a pleasant some sweet aftertaste. The grape is known for its rich flavour and intense aromas.
Tikves Alexandria Red Cuvee
Quality red wine, a blend (cuvée) of the Vranec and Merlot varieties, with intense ruby red colour. It exhibits complex aromas of red and black fruits cherries, plums, raspberries and black currant, with notes of dried tobacco, smoke, black pepper and cinnamon interlaced with a full and round body and a strong spicy finish.
Tikves Vranec Special Selections
This native variety, 100% Vranec wine, reveals briery, raspberry, earthy, peppery fruit character, as well as a spice box note mixed with chocolate. Gorgeous fruit, medium to full body, supple tannins. It comes from the 30-60 year old Vranec vines from the oldest winery in Macedonia, Tikve winery. Pairs exquisitely with grilled meat, lamb, veal or pork at 16-18°C.
Tikves Alexandria Rose Cuvee
Alexandria Cuvée rosé is made from Pinot Noir, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. It has pale salmon colour exhibiting gentle aromas of rose, pear, peach and raspberry. This bone-dry rosé has grapefruit and light cherry flavours with hints of orange and crisp acidity making the wine vivid and refreshing.
Tikves Alexandria White Cuvee
Quality dry white wine, a blend (cuvée) of the Chardonnay and Riesling varieties with delicate golden colour and a greenish reflection. It exhibits fresh and intense aromas of banana, pear and peach, as well as notes of apple, orange and lemon blossoms with well-balanced acidity and a lingering flavour.
Tikves Chardonnay Oak Edition
Aged in new oak casks for 6 months. Deep lemon coloured wine with pronounced aromas of melon, mango and acacia, complemented with notes of vanilla, coconut, toast and almond. Refreshing medium acidity and on the palate you can notice green walnut, coffee and marzipan, exhibiting a medium long finish. Pairs exquisitely with salmon, tuna, veal in mushroom sauce at 12-14°C.
Tikves Alexandria Classic Red
Dry red wine with a dark red ruby colour, a fruity aroma with undertones of mixed currants and sour cherries and a full balanced body in harmony with the long lasting finish. Pairs well with grilled meat and game at 16-18°C
Tikves Alexandria Classic White
Riesling semi-dry white wine with appellation of origin from the Tikve wine region. This wine has a greenish-yellow colour, a distinctive scent of honey and freshness from citrus fruit aromas and complex floral flavour with characteristic sweet aftertaste.
