Torbrecks flagship wine, The Laird Shiraz is only produced in exceptional years. The fruit comes from one of the finest Shiraz sites in the Barossa valley; the dry grown Gnadenfrei vineyard dating from 1958. Matured for 36 months in special French barriques coopered by Dominique Laurent, the Laird is the ultimate expression of ultra-concentrated single vineyard Barossa Shiraz.

The Torbreck Descendant has a powerful nose of blackberry and tar complemented by floral lavender and a violet lift. Full-bodied and concentrated with ripe silky tannins and plenty of extract this wine has a great future ahead.

This rosé is unashamedly modelled after the fabulously rich, gloriously scented and bone dry rosés of Provence. A fruit-filled palate makes it best served chilled with a summer seafood salad.

A tried and true expression of ripe and generously flavoured shiraz that lets the fruit do the talking rather than excessive oak or alcohol. Traditionally a blend of Barossa and Eden Valley estate grown fruit, there's so much to like here ; delicately scented spice, earth and licorice complexities intertwine with layers of supple, mouth filling blue and black fruits. Juveniles is a unoaked blend produced from old vines. Fragrant intense and concentrated it has flavours of blackberry, earth and Asian spices. The length and texture make this great drinking now.

Plush and silky, Torbreck's the Sporran Shiraz is a quintessential Torbreck wine and is widely considered among their best value wines produced.

This blend is unbaked which highlights the natural fruity character of the wine. There's lots of spicy cherry notes with blackberry and plum. Serve with slow-roasted pork shoulder and lots of greens.
