Vibrant garnet with a purple hue. Aromas of lifted pepper, blue fruits, delicate spice, and a hint of violets. Dense forest fruits, elegant tannins, and a bright raspberry acidity on the finish.

Coming from 2 sites, one planted between 1860-1880 and a single vineyard approximately 85 years old both of which are dry grown and own-rooted in the deep sand of the Vine Vale. This wine is highly aromatic with a core of spicy cranberry and pomegranate, orange zest and dark earthy notes finishing on wonderful velvety tannins.

Wow this a funky pizza and pasta Sangiovese from the Adelaide Hills. Made in a medium bodied low alchol style this is fresh levely and funky. Ferment and then matured in Italian oak (Gamba an Italian oak manufacturer remowned for proviing oak for Classico Chianti) and bottled as soon and as fresh as possible.Good acid, some textural tannins all combine in this wine with some savoury characters, sweet cherries, warm spice and almond toast.

This Pinot Noir opens with lifted aromas of wild strawberry, red cherry and raspberry, complemented by subtle hints of rose petal, spice and forest floor. The palate is elegant and bright, showcasing vibrant red fruits, a silky texture, and finely woven tannins that glide effortlessly.
