Wow this a funky pizza and pasta Sangiovese from the Adelaide Hills. Made in a medium bodied low alchol style this is fresh levely and funky. Ferment and then matured in Italian oak (Gamba an Italian oak manufacturer remowned for proviing oak for Classico Chianti) and bottled as soon and as fresh as possible.Good acid, some textural tannins all combine in this wine with some savoury characters, sweet cherries, warm spice and almond toast.
