Willie Smith's Traditional Cider

Willie Smiths Traditional Cider is a richly golden coloured un-filtered cider made in the traditional French and English farmhouse style. It is a full-bodied, cloudy cider with a wonderful aroma and enjoyable deep flavours. French and British heirloom cider apples contribute complexity, texture, lifted fresh apple aromas and deep honeyed toffee notes to the cider.

Sassy Apple Cider

This high quality hand-crafted cider is produced in the heart of Normandy, near the historic Chateau de Sassy. The recipe, inherited from the traditional style of the chateau, is based on a meticulous selection of more than 20 varieties of hand-picked apples. The artisanal fruit-pressing technique ensures that the astringency from the seeds do not affect the flavour of the cider. It is then fermented and filtered in a way that the natural sugars are preserved and bottled to give it a rich, complex flavour.

Sassy Rosé Cider

This high quality hand-crafted cider is produced in the heart of Normandy, near the historic Chateau de Sassy. The recipe, inherited from the traditional style of the Chateau, is based on a meticulous selection of more than 15 varieties of hand-picked apples. The pink tinge of the cider is naturally obtained, through the special use of pink-fleshed apples during production. The artisanal fruit-pressing technique ensures that the astringency from the seeds do not affect the flavour of the cider. It is then fermented and filtered in a way that the natural sugars are preserved and bottled to give it a rich, complex flavour.

Sassy Pear Cider

This high quality hand-crafted cider is produced in the heart of Normandy, near the historic Chateau de Sassy. Bilpin Archibald Extra Brut has been dry fermented and the finished product is as dry as the Simpson Desert and at 9%ABV has a kick like a camel but with a lovely dry wine style crispness.
