Josef Chromy Pinot Noir has a richness and wholeness that demands attention. Supple tannins with leather and secondary characters abound. 42 Degrees South Pinot Noir has red cherry and blackcurrant aromas followed by mixed red berry flavours that linger elegantly and finish with delicate tannins and soft acid.

Forty Spotted Rare Tasmanian Gin is hand distilled in small copper pot stills using the steeping method of Gin production and use of traditional botanicals of juniper berry, coriander and lemon peel creating a traditional London Dry style, but incorporating something a little bit special to give this Gin a unique finish.
