Santisima Trinidad 7 year old Rum is tbright amber in colour with slightly sweet aromas of raisins, dried grapes and oak. On the palate there is slight but perceptible sweetness, combined with hints of vanilla and dried sweet almonds.

Bundaberg Red is the first Rum to be filtered with Red Gum. Two Swallows Citrus & Salted Caramel has notes of creamy sweet caramel, balanced by a pinch of rock salt along with candied lemon, orange peel, baking spices and fiery ginger finish. Two Swallows was created by Thomas Hurst as a tribute to his famous ancestor Captn Matthew Webb who was the first man to swim the English Channel in 1875. Webb died in 1883 when trying swim the whirlpool rapids at Niagara Falls. Traditionally, a tattoo of Two Swallows, when a sailor drowns will carry their soul up to Heaven.

When crafting Bundaberg Select Vat, BDCs master craftsmen search their 2 year old rum reserves and hand select those that exhibit extra special qualities. These premium rums are then aged for a total of 6 years in oak vats until they reach their peak. This extra time ageing adds richness and balance to the classic Bundaberg character, like all special Bundaberg Rums is perfect to be enjoyed neat or with your favourite mixer.

Small Batch Vintage Barrel is crafted by blending the finest Bundaberg Rum with 8YO rum reserves matured in 100 year old Port barrels. Vintage Barrel is a complex rum with exceptional dried fruit flavours coupled with rich caramel notes, and the depth of American oak.
