Taking inspiration from those great Tennessee Whiskeys and Kentucky Bourbons comes Australias first version of a sour mash whiskey. Using a classic grain bill of corn, rye and malted barley, sourced entirely from Western Australia, our full flavoured sour mash is bursting with tones of vanilla, caramel and hazelnuts. After maturing for years in South Australian red wine casks, our Muscat Finish Whisky spends additional time in richly flavoured South Australian fortified wine casks. These European oak casks held muscat for at least 20 years, and impart bold flavours of dried fruit and fine tannin.
