Rayne Vigneaus vineyard overlooks Sauternes near the village of Bommes and forms the third highest point in the area after Yquem. Founded by Gabriel de Vigneau in the early 17th century. Madame de Rayne, née Catherine de Pontac, bought the Domaine du Vigneau in 1834. Under her ownership, the estate reached the envied rank of premier Grand Cru Classé of Sauternes in the famous 1855 classification. Today, Château de Rayne Vigneau is a true benchmark for the Sauternes appellation. Its intensely fresh style,stands out vintage after vintage.

Tasting Notes APPEARANCE The maturation in steel tanks gives garnet colour with elegant amber shades. AROMA Elegant, refined with intense bitter orange, hints of vanilla, gentian, floral and spicy notes such as cinnamon, ginger, cloves and with a clear perception of artemisia. PALATE Intense and harmonious. Red fruits, long and spicy persistence and pleasantly sweet final.

Redolent of ripe grapes and raisins, this is a no-nonsense Tawny style that can be enjoyed chilled with a cheese platter or at room temperature with your favourite coffee.

This classic ginger infused wine is full of spice and zest, it is an ideal mixer or straight up over ice. Very refreshing and finishes clean and crisp.

A crisp and dry fortified wine which makes a good drink to serve before meals as an apertif.

Since 1921 Buller have been producing fortified wines of opulence and concentration using the traditional solera method. This Fine Old Tawny shows all the characteristics of a quality oak regime; a deep mahogany colour, wonderful spicy, complex flavours and delicate dry finish. Made from a blend of Grenache, Mataro and Shiraz which have been matured under the Solero system using oak quarter casks. Grant Burge Aged Tawny is complex and nutty with a rich lengthy finish.
