Álvaro Domecq Fino La Janda
Pale golden colour and bright appearance, with a strong and biting aroma, intense vegetable nuances and notes of yeasts and almonds. It is an elegant, long dry wine on the palate, slightly warm and with a long persistence. This wine is aged through biological aging by the Jerez system of solera and criaderas, in American oak barrels of approx. 500 liters capacity.

Bright, very pale straw-yellow colour with green shades. This Manzanilla has lifted floral aromatics of chamomile, with underlying nutty almond complexity. It is smooth with notes of almond and a briny seaspray. It is a light, fresh, dry wine, with a long lingering finish that leaves you craving another delicious morsel of food or another sip of this fantastic wines.

This Principe Amontillado is a quirky style that is in fact a fortified aged Manzanilla. Plenty of spice, hazelnut and almond meal characters. The finish is wonderfully long and exceptionally rich for an Amontillado.
Maxwell Honey Mead
Maxwell Honey Mead is made by fermenting pure South Australian honey, using one of the oldest recipes. It has light beewax mixed with cooked citrus aromas on the nose and hints of floral and apricot on the palate with a clean finish. Best serve chilled over ice or as a mixers to enhance the experience.
