Made from Muscadelle grapes and previously known asTokay this wine is the foundation of Stanton & Killeen Topaque range exuding lively flavours and great versatility. White gold in colour with aromas of quince jelly, cumquats and dried fruit. The palate has notes of zesty lemon peel and butter menthol which combine to reveal a very silky mouthfeel and long finish.

Minchinbury has been committed to producing great value Australian wine. The Reserve Tawny is the next generation for Minchinbury with a mouthfeel full of spicy red berries , milk chocolate and hazelnuts are apparent with some sweetness but this is balanced by clean acid and a fine tannin backbone.
Minchinbury Reserve Ginger Wine
This Ginger Wine has lifted spice aromas with candied ginger nuances. Slightly sweet on the palate with pronounced fiery, ginger root, raisins and pepper characters. Subtle citrus flavours of lemon rind are present; while the sweetness appears more like fresh honey leaving a warm and balanced taste to finish.
McWilliam's McWilliam's Mack's Espresso Tawny

Grant Burge Aged Tawny
Made from a blend of Grenache, Mataro and Shiraz which have been matured under the Solero system using oak quarter casks. Grant Burge Aged Tawny is complex and nutty with a rich lengthy finish.
Penfolds Fortified Grandfather Tawny
Penfolds Fortified Grandfather Tawny has intense nose with fruitcake, liquorice, raisin, and roasted walnuts all blending together with a seamless freshness contradicting age. A classic Penfolds palate with fruitcake, liquorice and vanillin oak flavours with a sweet full and round mid-palate, and a finish that persists on and on. With each vintage, varietal batches are selected for Grandfather. These batches are individually aged in seasoned old oak casks before being blended together at 14 years of age. This blend is then introduced into the ‘Grandfather Solera’.
