This Tempranillo originates from the region of Rioja. Made in a modern, fruit-forward style, this wine is bright with violet hues and a cherry red rim. Aromas of ripe blackcurrant, cherries and prunes are supported with notes of vanilla, shaved coconut and spices. Smooth and silky on the palate with sweet, plush tannins and a balanced, pleasant and persistent finish.

Running with Bulls Barossa Tempranillo is deep crimson in colour with alluring and evolving aromas. Opening with blueberries, black cherry and cocoa powder the aromas lead to hints of tobacco leaf, Sichuan pepper and rose water. Redcurrants and blueberries are prominent on the palate, with a creamy plush mid palate that finishes with fine dark chocolate tannins.

The 2014 Yalumba Y Series Tempranillo has aromas of blueberry, black cherry and fennel seed leaping from the glass. It is juicy and plush on the palate with apparent dark berries and mocha tannins. The finish is rustic and savoury. Enjoy with salt and pepper grilled lamb cutlet.
