Tasting: This Chardonnay captures the very essence of what Margaret River Chardonnay is highly regarded for while simutaneaously including a modern palate. Great fruit expression with creamy stone fruit and fresh apple melded with bright citrus with a hint of tropical fruit. Rich mouthfeel and rounded palate siplaying hints of vanilla and butterscotch. Winemaking:Mostle machine harvested at night with some early morning handpicked fruit. Pressed into stainless steel tanks to settle, then racked to barrel while still hazy for wild ferment, allowing natural expression. Aged in a mix of old and new French barrels, with some lees stirring to build up texture and creaminess. Barrels carefully selected and blended to create the desired Chardonnay.

Classic Borossa Chardonnay. Rich flavours of stonefruit and melon with lifted citrus aromas. Secondary ferment and maturation in French oak hogsheads adds subtle complexity and full mouthfeel.

An elegant Southern French Chardonnay that combines volume and freshness. White flowers on the nose evolves into notes of citrus and white-fleshed fruits on the palate with a lingering mineral finish. A lovely accompaniment to white fish and pasta dishes. Best served slightly chilled.

Strelley Farm Estate is located in the heart of Tasmania's Coal River Valley wine region and is connected to the historic town of Richmond by the oldest bridge in Australia, the Richmond Bridge. A refreshing wine, a part of the Single Vineyard Collection from our Canyonleigh cool climate vineyard. Tasting Notes Pale yellow-straw colour. White peach and a little oak on the nose. Medium body, with attractive white peach flavours and light nuttiness from oak. Finishes with nicely persistent flavours.

Saint-Hilaire Blanquette de Limoux is sourced from the oldest sparkling wine producing region on the planet! In 1531, Benedictine monks from Saint-Hilaire were producing a still wine made from the Mauzac grape and stumbled upon bottles going through secondary fermentation. The appellation of Blanquette de Limoux was born! Still made in the same, traditional way today, Saint-Hilaire Brut displays aromatic flavours of peach, pear and green apple skins with a wonderful, full, creamy mouthfeel. Think non vintage Champagne for a fraction of the cost!
