Barokes Chardonnay Semillon Bin 241 displays a lovely bouquet of honey and gentle floral notes, a result from the subtle wine maturity which provides a distinctive peach aroma. Pale green in colour with golden hues.

Although not typically lemony, this wine exhibits more complex aromas of smoked almonds and honeysuckle as well as buttery textures from the natural malolactic fermentation. The palate displays a spicy mineral flintiness with exotic fruit flavours.

Vintage 2021 Region Hunter/Hilltops, NSW. This year's wine is inspired by the classic Alsatian white wines of France, wines that are fruit driven and often a sweet touch.
