This Semillon from a sustainably farmed vineyard in the Hunter Valley region was hand picked from 40 year old Semillon vines. The grapes were then fermented with skins, pressed, and barrel aged for 3 months in old Chardonnay French oak. There was no additions, fining or filtration of the wine when bottled. The result is a textural, juicy wine with a zesty dry finish, with flavours of mandarin marmalade and a hint of lemon.

Semillon Sauvignon Blanc had been one of the popular white blend classic due to how easy it is to match with food. De Bortoli is a great example showing a hint of straw and passionfruit flavours with a light crisp finish.

A beautifully aromatic and refreshing white, showing vibrant notes of white pear, lychee, jasmine, mango and gooseberry. The palate is generous and textural, with a soft, coating mouthfeel balanced by crisp natural acidity. Flavours of lemongrass and nectarine carry through to a clean, poised and refreshing finish.

A relative newcomer to Margaret River, Flametree have already hit several home runs. This wine is another hit, with a fresh mix of citrus and stonefruits, zingy acidity and clean finish.

A nice drop from Mudgee in NSW, Logan Apple Tree Flat Sauvignon Semillon Blanc is clean and fresh, with plenty of nice citrus and nut flavours. Offering terrific value for money, this is a great summer wine that you can enjoy with seafood or a light creamy pasta.
