Sauvignon Blanc Semillon is a classic signature blend of the Margaret River region. This wine has been carefully crafted to showcase the vibrancy and balance of Margaret River Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. This is a wine of vibrant citrus and gooseberry flavours on the palate balanced by bright fresh acidity. The Triolet blend, first produced at this vineyard in 1987, was inspired by the white wines of Graves, Bordeaux. Each variety is picked at optimum ripeness, and is usually fermented separately. The characteristics of optimum ripeness are different for each variety. We pick the Sauvignon blanc after the strong herbaceous flavours have disappeared, the Semillon when the acid is not too harsh, and the Muscadelle when the flavour intensity peaks.

Early Harvest wines are created from selected parcels of flavour ripe grapes harvested from early ripening regions in South Eastern Australia. This fruit, coupled with careful winemaking, creates a uniquely refreshing wine which is at least 25% lighter in alcohol and calories. The fresh fruit flavours of Semillon and cut grass and lychee flavours of Sauvignon Blanc are balanced by the crisp dry finish, providing an easy drinking style of wine.

A lifted nose of citrus and dry grass notes are boosted with more powerful tropical fruit. Wolf Blass Red Label Semillon Sauvignon Blanc has a light to medium body, a beautiful white with fresh, lively fruit flavours and a crisp citrus finish
