A fusion of peach, mango, mandarin and kiwi fruit engulf before transgressing to nuances of vanillin and cream. A lovely acid line throughout leads to a long and tasty finish. This wine is best enjoyed with lightly fried fish, a new season vegetable stack or just as an aperitif. A dry, light and refreshing wine, made to drink now but will cellar for 2 years.
