Pagos de Araiz Rose
A pale pink colour with salmony hues, bright and attractive. The aroma is clean with white flowers and yellow fruit. Clean and intense. On the palate the wine is lively and full flavoured. A well-structured, delightful, easy-to-drink wine. The acidity is balanced and intense and the finish is long, fruity and persistent.
Trove Estate The Laurels Shiraz
A deep, full-bodied red from Western Australia's Margaret River region. The nose is extremely aromatic, with intense notes of dark cherries, blackberries, and plums, backed by subtle nuances of floral and spice. On the palate, juicy black fruit flavours are married with a spicy, rich, velvety tannin structure, and a complex finish of dark chocolate, mocha and dried herbs. The colour is a deep, dark ruby-purple and the wine has a lovely texture, with good acidity and a long, lingering finish. An excellent approachable Shiraz with plenty of flavour and character.
YarraLoch La Cosette Chardonnay
Fruit was sourced from the Dixon's Creek sub-region of the Yarra Valley for this elegant and restrained Chardonnay. Whole bunch pressed (which gives it a lovely grapefruit pithy-ness) and fermented in a mix of stainless steel and old French oak. Extended lees contact is checked by bright, appley acid.
Starrs Reach Mataro Durif
Deep purple in colour A bouquet of dark chocolate, blackberry and cigar box. Blackcurrent confected cherries fill the mouth, finishing with a smooth and velvety tannin structure with hints of thyme. FOOD MATCH Pair with roast lamb, wood oven pizza or charred pork with Asian greens. This wine is Vegan Friendly. CELLARING Drink fresh, or let it improve with age
