Roberto Sarotto Puro Chardonnay Piedmont DOC

Nautilus Estate Cuvee Marlborough Brut Non-Vintage

Robert Oatley Limited Release Cabernet Sauvignon

Dense black as night heart with a deep dark red black hue. Wafting from the glass are potent scents of ripe blackcurrant, liquorice and cigar box trailed by some black olive, earth and spicy dried herb notes. Medium bodied the palate is filled with rich blackcurrant fruit which overlays a back drop of liquorice, cigar box, black olive and spicy dried herb characters. Providing ample structure are sturdily built fine grained tannins. The long generously fruited conclusion complexed by notions of cigar box and spicy dried herbs. Cellar 6-8 years. Alc. 14%

Painted Wolf Wines Guillermo Pinotage

An intense, rich wine packed with flavours of ripe blueberry and mulberry, exotic spice and creamy vanilla with evident ripe tannins and a long lingering finish.

Marrenon "Orca" Grenache Ventoux

A powerful and fine wine. Mature nose with mild tobacco (roasted coffee) and morello aromas. In the mouth, you'll find a rich attack of ripe fruits.

Radford Dale Syrah

The two vineyards that produce the Radford Dale's Flagship Syrah are both planted on granite & clay Koffee Klip soils on the Helderberg slopes; one with 360 degree views over Table Bay (West Coast), False Bay (South Coast) and the backdrop of the jagged Helderberg peaks, the other facing directly over False Bay to the South & South East. Because of the hilly terrain these vineyards are planted on various aspects, but mostly South and South-east facing slopes. Because of the topography of the area, these vines are quite exposed to the cooling South easterly winds during the summer and this brings cool air in from over False Bay that moderates daytime temperatures.

Allegrini Valpolicella DOC

Ruby red in colour, with purplish-blue highlights; the nose exhibits fragrant fruit with prominent notes of cherries, echoed by fresher hints of pepper and aromatic herbs, typical of Corvina and Corvinone, the historic varietals of this appellation. Whilst young it is impressively lively and playful on the palate whereas some two years on it expresses greater delicacy and finesse.

Graci Etna Rosato DOC

Fine bright salmon colour. The bouquet is aromatic yet subtle, with notes of orange skin, blossom and red currant. The palate is precise with a tight line of acid. Fresh citrus finish (orange/clementine skin) and beautifully dry and elegant The wine is fermented with indigenous yeasts in cement tanks following destemming and a light crush with no maceration. The wine remains on lees in cement tanks for six months prior to bottling. Alberto Graci with sister Elena farm their vineyards on the north face of Mt Etna, at 600 - 660 m.a.s.l. at Arcuria, Passsopisciaro. Fifteen hectares are planted to Nerello Mascalese and 2.5 to Carricante and Catarratto. Part of the vineyard is ungrafted alberello (bush vines) at a total density of 10,000 per hectare.
