Stoneleigh Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc

A vibrant and lively wine, it's a great choice when looking for a Marlborough white. It has flavours of ripe passionfruit that go perfectly alongside a white meat or seafood dish, or on its own on a sunny day.

Logan Weemala Riesling

The fruit for this Riesling was grown on a vineyard in the Orange region, which is situated 1000m above sea level. In the glass: Pale lemon straw. On the nose: Pure lime lift with a touch of honeysuckle. On the palate: Intense and pure with a zesty core of lemon and lime, a quinine-like mouth-feel and long crisp acidity on to the almost chalky finish. Retrained yet powerful.

Domaine Royal de Jarras Tête de Cuvée Gris de Gris Rosé

Neighbouring its capital Aigues-Mortes, Domaine Royal de Jarras offers a wealth of discovery. The “Vignoble des Sables” is planted on an island, which was long ago given the name of Isle de Stel. The place is loaded with history and tales of the knights who accompanied Saint Louis, King of France on his Crusades to the Holy Land. Domaine Royal de Jarras 2018 vintage has a nice brilliance and is pale grey in colour. The nose is intense with aromas of red berries and white peach followed by hints of citrus fruit. The palate is generous and ample with flavours of white flesh fruits, enhanced by a saline fish. Pair this wine with appetiser boards and Mediterranean dishes.

Cloak & Dagger The Cloak Sangiovese

The wine has a bright crimson colour. On the nose, it exudes black cherries, lightly spiced plums and a tinge of leather that will wrap around your senses and tempt you to take a sip. The palate will feel soft and fleshy, and comes loaded with wild raspberries, cherries, dark chocolate and earthy undertones. This wine tastes great with rustic homemade Pappardelle Ragu.

Te Mata Estate Vineyards Syrah

Bright red with a purple hue, a glass of Estate Vineyards Syrah is like opening a spice box. It overflows with cherry, blackberry, boysenberry, thyme, pepper and the irresistible scents of Black Doris plum and vanilla. There are floral lift and charm here, but also a supple palate with luxurious savoury fruit and enticing notes of red and black liquorice. The perfume and depth of this syrah are matched by its fine, textural expression, balance and soft, even tannins. Food match with a wonderful accompaniment to all red meats, savoury and lightly spiced dishes of Mediterranean cuisine, as well as soft cheeses.

Schild Estate Merlot

Schild Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

This is seriously good Cabernet from the Barossa Valley. Displaying blackcurrants and plums with a hint of cigar box and soft supple velvety tannins.

Allora Rosso

Allora Rosso is a delicious medium-bodied red wine produces by Joel Pizzini (of Pizzini Wines). Sourced and made in King Valley, these Italian-style wines play on the meaning of “Allora,” which rolls beautifully from the tongue and buys the Italians a moment in time. It’s a word for everyday use, much like the Allora wines are made for enjoying every day with good company and good food. Allora Rosso is an Italian style blend made from Canaiolo, Sangiovese and a splash of Shiraz. Violets, cherries, plums, licorice and spice with a hint of chocolate on the finish. This is a perfect midweek wine, versatile enough to be enjoyed with pizza, osso bucco or even a spicy tomato pasta.
