This is a lively, medium bodied style of Shiraz that is bursting with ripe berry fruit, spices and black pepper, subtle tannins and a long, smooth finish.

Schioppettino is a fairly obscure variety even back in its homeland, but there has been a resurgence of planting in the last 30+ years turning it around to be almost cult like. The nose shows bright juicy blackberry, raspberry and blood plum, savoury earth showing its Heathcote roots, slightly smoky with vanilla and liquorice spice. While smelling rich and intense, it's medium bodied with fine sandy tannins and a crunchy finish.

With a crimson colour, our Nero d'Avola wine is showing blackberries, bergamot, jube, hazelnut, and spiced chai flavour. Red earth provides a natural filter and carry for the round body and succulent finish.

Unmistakably, Grange, this 2012 vintage is complex, flamboyant and lifted. An aromatic multi-cultural characteristics. The earthiness is well integrated with the aromas of dark fruits, grounded coffee, red liquorice and black olives, which leads to a firmly structured finish.

The nose of this wine is filled with delicate aromas of green apple, citrus peel and a hint of strawberries and cream. The lees contact has enhanced the wine with richer characters of baked brioche and toasted hazelnuts. The palate is bright and vibrant with elements of granny smith apple and grapefruit as well as slightly richer notes of almond meal. The mousse has a beautifully creamy mouthfeel and the bead is fine. A balanced wine with Eden Valley elegance.

This is a very affordable Pinot from the highly regarded Tarrawarra winery with fruit sourced from the estate and the hills of southern NSW. A well made Pinot with good fruit depth and varietal flavour.

Fresh Nectarine, Nashi Pear, with some warm baking spice and honeysuckle. All of this leads to a juicy mouthfeel showing stone fruit, pear, red apple and honey suckle with a lovely sweetness and acid line. Wine is like a story... This is fun winemaking at it best. A little soak of the juice on skins, a press in the basket press and let the ferment get going. The ferment was stopped by fortification with Brandy Spirit to leave a sweat’ish wine that is now stored in ex Australian Whisky barrels. The wine will continue to evolve the barrel developing complexity from the wood and previous contents. Best fresh from the barrel, it is bottled as required. Each label has the date of bottling hand written on it. This is a single vintage fortified.
