Domaine A Stoney Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

The Stoney Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is an assemblage of classic Bourdeaux varieties including 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot. The wine is crafted in small batches, employing traditional techniques, including open vat fermentation, regular racking and hand plunging- matured in seasoned French oak barriques for 33 months. Deep ruby in colour, with aromatics of plum blossom, blackberry and clove. A fine tannic structure and perfect natural balance. This wine will benefit from medium term cellaring, pairing well with lamb and game meats, richly flavoured sauces, mushroom and truffles.

Dalla Valle Vineyards Maya Cabernet Sauvignon & Cabernet Franc

When it comes to points, this prestigious Napa Valley blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc is a centurion many times over. It’s the crown jewel in Dalla Valle’s shimmering portfolio, with quality and grace of an almost unrivalled pedigree. But that’s not even the best part. Maya’s Vineyard was planted to celebrate the birth of Gustav and Naoko Dalla Valle’s daughter in 1986. As fate would have it, Maya grew up to become one of America’s most promising young winemakers, continuing the remarkable legacy of her parent’s winery.

Comando G La Bruja de Rozas Garnacha Grenache

Comando G La Bruja de Rozas The La Bruja de Rozas is a Villages style wine. The name translates to the witch of Rozas. Superstitions and rumours abound in the area where near ever-present and eerie cloud cover that sits. The fruit is sourced from several vineyards around near the village of Rozas. And there is more than a hint of Villages Burgundy about the La Bruja. Expect dried cherries and herb notes on the nose and pinpoint signature Gredos/Comando G acidity. A great introduction to Comando G and Sierra de Gredos Grancha. "Most of the Comando wines we sell go into cellars of winemaker in Barossa."- Lachlan Barber, Alimentaria Wine
