Bedlam & Order Margaret River Rosé

The meticulous work of creating beautifully balanced order from the bedlam – and infinite possibilities – of the tasting table is no easy job. The new BedLam & OrdEr range of wines celebrates the work of a quality obsessed team of experienced wine enthusiasts in South Australia. That is exactly what they do, carefully combining top-tier varietals, as here using a rare combination of Shiraz Cabernet and Merlot from vineyards in Margaret River to produce a beautifully balanced wine with strawberry and watermelon aromas, and palate of ripe Summer berries.

Marauding Vintners Adelaide Hills Ms Sauvignon

The Black Pig Reserve McLaren Vale GSM

There’s bundles of flavour in this classy Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvédre. A special blend that offers soft layers of fruit, and rich and velvety charm – The Black Pig delivers again!

Kilikanoon Baroota Limited Release Reserve Shiraz

Baroota’s been a HUGE favourite for years – and today you can enjoy a very special Reserve edition. Made using fruit primarily from Baroota, an area between the cool waters of Spencer Gulf and the Flinders Ranges, where a southern Mediterranean microclimate makes for distinctive, full-bodied and early ripening Shiraz. It’s richer, more complex than usual, and will age 5 years or more, but is so delicious now, you won’t want to wait.

Baron's Ridge Margaret River Sauvignon Blanc

Vibrant, zesty and citrus charged baron's Ridge is crafted from selected vineyard sites in Margaret River and elsewhere is Western Australia.

Corryton Burge Barossa Valley Shiraz

RedHeads Coco Rôtie

Brightwater Nelson Sauvignon Blanc

Brightwater is from a tiny family estate our Buyer first visited in 2002, having noticed that famous Aussie wine writer James Halliday had reviewed their Sauvignon above Cloudy Bay. Their 2009 was also rated as 5 Stars by top Kiwi wine critic Bob Campbell MW. A classic match with goat's cheese, it's also just the ticket with seafood, especially oysters. Alternatively, enjoy as a refreshing glass on its own.

Château Duprat

Bordeaux has been blessed in recent years with a run of terrific vintages. Here, we present a charming petit château Bordeaux from a small estate, close to the Garonne, in the south of the Entre-Deux-Mers. At 100 metres altitude and planted on sand, clay and silt soils, its vines – Merlot, plus Cabernets Franc and Sauvignon – thrive and have produced this most attractive claret. Already appealing, the wine is still young, so it's best opened early and decanted. A fine, well structured and well-balanced red to serve with classic red meat dishes, a rich veggie casserole or cheese.
