The palate is juicy and bright, tangy strawberries, a touch of redcurrant and a wonderful crisp red apple crunch on the finish. There’s a lick of spice adding complexity and it’s all rounded up with a deliciously dry finish.

Fresh aromas of pink lady apples and ripe Buerre Bosc pears cascade from the glass. The palate shows green apple and chalky minerality finishing with a soft touch of wild honey. There’s a fleshy tension to the wine from skin contact which is beautifully balanced with crisp varietal acidity.
