2015 ’Pantelis’ Cabernet Sauvignon The Pantelis Cabernet Sauvignon is our signature wine and bears the name of the family patriarch. Pantelis Zachopoulos (1927-1998) immigrated to Australia from Greece in 1966 with his wife Olga and four children. His diverse agricultural knowledge was passed onto his children Michael, Nicholas and myself [Zissis]. In 1998 a few months before his passing we purchased and began establishing our vineyard in the Barossa Ranges. I decided to make this wine in his honor as a token of our appreciation for everything he has taught us. The wine has dark rich fruits, plum and blackcurrant with a touch of typical Cabernet herbaceousness on the nose. The palate is long and full with lovely dark chocolate, Mocca and cassis favours.

Ginologist I Love You Gin is a soft pink medley of infused Rose Geranium and a touch of distilled chocolate that develops a smooth and luscious taste of Turkish Delight that quickly turns into an instant crowd favourite.

2018 Wynns Coonawarra Estate Black Label Cabernet Sauvignon, Nose of Dark cherry and lavender imbued with underlying dried mint. Wynns Coonawarra Estate Single Vineyard Messenger Chardonnay is an inaugural release from the Messenger Vineyard. The vineyard is loacted in the cooler southern part of Coonawarra’s Terra Rossa, the wine crafted with hand-picked fruit and whole-bunch pressing for purity and finesse. The 2024 vintage offers enticing aromas and flavours of white peach, nectarine, fresh pear, and cashew, complemented by subtle dried honey, gun flint, and nutty French oak, all balanced by a refreshing citric acidity and a creamy, textured palate.

When it comes to Australian Merlot, Katnook is among the very best. Lovely plum dark berry and cedary cigar box characters slip seamlessly into a finish that seems everlasting. Aged for 22 months in French oak, the swathes of blackcurrant are a delight to the senses.

Rich varietal aromas of raspberry, liquorice and plum are combined with spicy fruit flavours in this beautiful Katnook Estate wine. The subtle vanillin oak and the distinctive underlying pepper that could only come from a Coonawarra Shiraz.

This vibrant NZ Pinot shows earthy forest floor notes and dark cherries on the nose. Richly textured on the palate the flavours have elements of wild berries mushroom and chocolate framed by quality French oak.
